2010 Teen Reading Program

Make Waves-Read

Pick up a few reading coupons at the library. Each day that you read 20 minutes or more, check off a box. Once you have checked off all five boxes, turn it in for a chance to win a weekly prize drawing. No more than one entry per week.

Read whatever you like! Magazines, books, graphic novels, newspapers. It’s an enjoyable habit that will enrich your life. Many studies show that continuing to read over summer vacation will also help you maintain your reading skill level when you return to school in the fall.
