Tax Forms

Federal and Wisconsin State Tax Forms have arrived at the Ethel Everhard Memorial Library. Unfortunately, due to a descision made by the IRS Tax Forms Outlet Program (TFOP), the library will not be provided with Federal instruction booklets for the 1040, 1040A, 1040EZ forms.

 

Message from the IRS TFOP:

"Unfortunately, we are unable to offer Instructions for Forms 1040, 1040A and 1040EZ. Your patrons can obtain copies of Instructions through:

Blu-Ray Has Arrived!

In an effort to provide new services and materials to the Westfield community the Westfield Public Library will be adding Blu-Ray movies to its collection. The library will start with a small collection to gauge public interest, but welcomes any Blu-Ray donations as we try to grow our collection.

LEGOs @ the Library

LEGOs @ the Library meets the third Tuesday of each month from 6-7PM. The members use LEGO's to create interesting creations based on a theme that they vote on.  February's theme was "Warships!"  Creations are now on display at the library. Call (608) 296-2544 for more information.

Book club choices are a mix of subjects and authors.  Participants make recommendations.  Past titles have included: 

Silent Auction 2014

The Friends of the Library are seeking items for their 2014 Annual Silent Auction to be held August 23-August 30. 

Please bring items in by Monday, August 18

Examples:  furniture, gift baskets, collectables,  household items, tools, sports equipment, or other items that would make someone happy.  Items should be new or gently used.
